Warranty Policy

​RealRack Ltd offers a 5 year limited warranty from the date of purchase to the original purchaser  against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is non-transferable.

 

Things that will void your warranty:

• Overloading your rack by putting more bikes than it is designed to carry, or a bike/bikes that will exceed maximum weight load of your rack (see instructions for use).

• Using it for any other unintended purposes other than carry bicycles.

• Fully loading your rack to the maximum load or close to its maximum load without using stabiliser straps.

 

Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to make sure you do not exceed the load capability of your tow bar or vehicle.

• You are required by law to ensure that the vehicle's lights and license plate number is clearly displayed, unobstructed by the rack or bikes when used on public roads. RealRack Limited will take no responsibility for poor display of lights and number plate, misuse or inappropriate fitting. Tips to fit your product is available on our website.
